Terms of Service for FlashX: Sales & Discounts

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "FlashX: Sales & Discounts" app ("App") provided by WeNexus. By installing and using this app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of the App

The FlashX: Sales & Discounts app allows Shopify store owners to:

• Created and managed sales campaigns and product discounts.
• Bulk update product variant prices to reflect the campaign settings.
• Revert prices to their original state after the campaign ends.

2. App Usage

• By using the app, you agree to provide the necessary product data, including variant prices, to enable the app to function as intended.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that any discounts, sales, or promotions comply with local, national, or international regulations.
• You are also responsible for the accuracy of the product information in your store. The app cannot guarantee the correctness of prices if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.

3. Account and Store Responsibility

You must have a valid Shopify account and be authorized to install the app on your store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify store and ensuring that all access and permissions granted to the app are correct.

4. Pricing and Payments

The app is currently available for free to all users. However, WeNexus reserves the right to introduce a paid pricing plan in the future.

Early Users: All users who install the app during the free period will receive all updates for free until a pricing model is introduced. However, once the pricing plan is introduced, early bird users will be required to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the app’s features. For now, early users will not be charged and will continue to receive updates at no cost.

Paid Plans for New Users: After introducing a pricing plan, all new users who install the app will be required to subscribe to the paid plan as outlined in the app pricing section on Shopify or within the app itself.

We will notify users in advance before any pricing changes take effect.

5. Data Usage

By using this app, you grant WeNexus permission to collect and process your store’s product data for the purposes of:

• Creating and managing sales campaigns.
• Bulk updating product variants.
• Reverting prices after campaigns.

We do not collect any product inventory data and will never sell, lease, or share your product data with third parties outside of the services provided by the app, unless required by law.

6. Liability

WeNexus will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or errors resulting from:

• Incorrect pricing caused by inaccurate product data.
• Misconfigured sales campaigns or user error.
• Technical issues beyond our control, including Shopify platform outages or errors.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you to use the app in the previous 12 months.

7. Termination

You may terminate your use of the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. WeNexus reserves the right to terminate your access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, all your store data processed through the app will be deleted from our servers.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Free Period and Pricing Changes

While the app is free for all users right now, WeNexus reserves the right to introduce a pricing plan at any time. Early users who install the app during the free period will receive all updates for free until a pricing model is introduced, but they will eventually be required to upgrade to the paid plan once the pricing update is introduced. New users will be required to upgrade to a paid plan immediately after the pricing change.

We will notify users of any pricing changes and give them a grace period before the new pricing takes effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
